the results of a mooring survey carried out in the winter of 2001 by the Solent
Forum. Figures were collected from all mooring operators and then confirmed with the relevant harbour authority. |

on 'A Strategy for Hampshire's Coast' (1991) They have been amended in the light of discussion with Harbourmasters and others. They also incorporate recent figures on marina berths compiled by the RYA. They represent an estimae of total number of moorings in the Solent. |
