| 4. Terms of reference | Duties and powers as laid down in the 1966 Sea Fisheries
Regulation Act. The Committee is responsible for managing and policing the
inshore fisheries out to 6 miles from baselines and has byelaw making powers.

from Hayling Island to Lyme Regis including the Isle of Wight. |
