A Public Local Inquiry was held during 2003 into outstanding objections into the First and Revised Deposit Draft versions of the Portsmouth City Plan Review 2001 - 2011. The Inspector's Report was received in January 2004 and Proposed Modifications to the plan were published in July 2004. It is anticipated that the plan will be adopted by the end of 2004 Portsmouth Millennium Tower
