Terms of reference	Groundwork Solent has the following charitable objectives: to promote the conservation, protection and improvement of the physical and natural environment; To provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and leisure with the objective of improving the conditions of life for people living and working in SE Hampshire; To advance public education in environmental matters. Groundwork's purpose is to build sustainable communities through joint environmental action. They aim to do this by developing and delivering partnership projects that: Enable an integrated and community approach to local regeneration; Use environmental improvements as a means of achieving social and economic change; help individuals and organisations contribute to sustainable development.
